HOW WE PREQUALIFY
We prequalify prospective tenants by taking your total NET household monthly income and multiplying it by 30%. This will give you an idea of what you can afford in rent while still being able to have sufficient funds for other monthly living expenses.
Once prequalified, we will set up a day/time to view the apartment either in person or via Zoom via GoReminders .
You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to provide us with (3) options to choose from with days and times you are available. Once you submit your choices, we will pick one of those times that coordinates best with our existing schedule.
You will then have the option to Confirm (C), Cancel (X), or Reschedule (R) via Email or Text (whichever option you choose to use for notifications).
