Our office will be closed to outside visitors to protect you and our employees against the spread of the Coronavirus.
We will still field all calls with questions regarding available rental units and help you navigate the website to view available information and photos.
We will still be scheduling appointments to view properties, but ask that our employees follow the social distancing guidelines.
- All pre-qualifying inquiries and rental applications will be done online
- We will be limiting the number of people viewing the property to (2) individual in addition to our employee
- If you feel sick, please call and cancel your appointment immediately
- We will be avoiding any bare hand contact (no shaking hands)
- We will use hand sanitizer frequently and ask that you do the same
- If you apply and your application is accepted, all lease documents will be emailed to you for electronic signatures.
- Please be prepared to produce paystubs for up to 3 months as we will be challenged to obtain information from all employers due to companies being temporarily shut down
