We are only accepting people inside the lobby if you have been asked to pick up or drop off documentation or keys – NO RENTAL PAYMENTS. If someone is at the counter, please wait outside.

Payment options that were implemented in March at beginning of COVID-19 will remain until further notice.
- Online (Use Tenant Web Portal) – Pay Online
- Money Orders or Checks – (Put in drop box)
- CheckFree pay at designated locations – CashPay Locations
- MASKS ARE MANDATORY PER STATE OF OHIO
Customer are required to wear a mask up entering the building and employees are also required to wear a mask when approaching the counter to assist you.

Rent can be paid any of the following ways:
- Online using the Tenant Web Portal – Pay Online
- Drop off your check or money order using our payment drop box. (If you are using our payment drop box, please make sure your name, address, and contact phone # is clearly written on the envelope.
- Pay cash at any CashPay location (call the office for your cashpay account #).
