APPLICATION PROCESS
Please DO NOT fill out an application until after you have done the Rental Inquiry unless you are advised to do so. Your application can be used for multiple properties. Each person who is over the age of 18 who plans to reside at the property MUST fill out an application.
The following are requested for each applicant:
- Background check, prior landlord check, and current and/or prior employment
- 3 months’ worth of paystubs and/or deposit records
- We do not pull credit reports but do reserve the right to do so if we feel it is necessary
